At Alegria Wigs, we take great care in packaging and shipping your luxury wig to ensure it arrives in pristine condition.
Please ensure that all shipping information is entered correctly. Alegria Wigs is not responsible for packages that are lost or delayed due to incorrect addresses or carrier issues. If your package is lost or stolen after shipment, please contact the carrier directly.
RETURNS
Returns are accepted within 7 days from the delivery date, provided the wig is in its original, untouched condition.
Returned items must not be altered in any way. This includes:
Alegria Wigs will be the sole arbiter in determining whether a returned wig meets these conditions. We reserve the right to refuse any return that does not comply with our policy.
Please note:
If the return is approved, a full refund for the item (excluding shipping) will be issued. Refunds may take 5–7 business days after the return is received and inspected.
